Plaintiff LaPratt was convicted on February 9, 1965, in the justice court for the city of Keego Harbor, of assault and battery, a misdemeanor violation of a city ordinance. He was fined $35 and ordered to pay $15 costs. The defendant herein is the justice of the peace before whom plaintiff was tried.
