This case began as an equitable action in interpleader over a savings and loan account of $3,269.48. Plaintiff paid the money into court and was discharged. A family fight ensued. Appellant and respondent each claimed to be the surviving joint tenant of the deceased co-depositor. Respondent Lucy Seabaugh prevailed and this appeal followed.
