This is a tort action involving an automobile accident which occurred on April 18, 1964, in the Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana. An automobile owned by J. A. Cannon and being operated by his wife, Grace C. Cannon, was stopped for a signal light on Fairfield Avenue at its intersection with Acadian throughway. While in a stopped position, the Cannon automobile was struck from the rear by a truck owned by Kalmbach-Burckett, Inc., a local grain...
