BARNES, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Upon his plea of guilty to a charge of breaking and entering, applicant Johns was sentenced to serve eighteen months in the House of Correction and was simultaneously referred to Patuxent Institution for evaluation as to possible defective delinquency.
