This is a condemnation action for the taking of a strip of land about 455 feet long, consisting of .37 acre, along old U.S. Highway 66 which fronted upon defendants' "Skylark Motel" property. The motel is located about 2½ miles west of the city limits of St. Clair, in Franklin County, Missouri.
