BUSSEY, Judge:

Floyd A. Buntin hereinafter referred to as defendant was charged with the crime of Murder. He was tried by jury who found him guilty of the included offense of Manslaughter in the First Degree, and appeals.

Since the principal assignment of error is that the evidence adduced on the trial was wholly insufficient to support the verdict of the jury, we deem it necessary to set forth in detail the evidence...
