On October 19, 1964 the petitioner, W. I. Bowman, filed in this court his petition for the review of an order of the Secretary of Agriculture under the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921. 7 U.S.C.A. § 181 et seq. The review was sought under the Act of December 29, 1950, 64 Stat. 1129, 5 U.S.C.A. § 1031 et seq., known as the Hobbs Act, under which this court has jurisdiction to review such an order.
