This is an appeal by defendant from two judgments of the district court of Lewis and Clark County entered on a proceeding by plaintiff-respondent for a divorce.

From the record it appears that on December 20, 1962, the respondent wife commenced an action for divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty, praying for an absolute divorce, custody of two minor children, $150 per month as support, and attorney...
