This suit on a note, recently reassigned to the writer, originated in the Magistrate Court of St. Genevieve County, where plaintiff prevailed. Defendants appealed, plaintiff was granted a change of venue to the Circuit Court of St. Francois County, and the cause was tried by that court without a jury. Judgment was entered for plaintiff in the sum of $1325.66, which included principal, interest, and an attorney's fee, and defendants brought this...
