Defendant, Minor E. Hampsten, was indicted in the circuit court of Coles County for indecent liberties with a child. The State's Attorney thereafter filed a petition alleging that defendant was a sexually dangerous person within the meaning of the Sexually Dangerous Persons Act. (Ill. Rev.
