Plaintiff brought this action for personal injuries and damages sustained when he was struck by defendants' automobile. The jury returned a verdict for defendants. Plaintiff appeals from an order denying his motion for a new trial on the ground the trial court erred in instructions given to the jury and in failing to give certain instructions proposed by plaintiff.
