Finney, Jr., the appellants herein, and Dickerson, Inc., to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when he was struck by an automobile while walking along the western side of U.S. Highway No. 17 at a point on said highway about 9/10 of a mile north of the northern entrance to Pawleys...
