Plaintiffs Juan E. Muller, Domingo Occhiuto, and Ingeniero Enrique Pagliettini, d/b/a Bigua, S.R.L., an Argentine company, brought this diversity action against defendants Raymond S. Groban, Dora Groban, and Sidney J. Groban, d/b/a Groban Supply Co. of Chicago.
