This is an appeal from a conviction for operating a motor vehicle at an unreasonable rate of speed. Appellant contends that the trial court erroneously restricted his cross-examination of Officer Griffin, the only government witness. He argues that such cross-examination would have shown that the officer was biased and prejudiced against him.
