Mothershead, father and son, contending that their property presently zoned I-1 (light industrial) should be reclassified to I-2 (heavy industrial) so as to permit them to continue to conduct thereon a metal fabricating business, appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County affirming the refusal of the Board of County Commissioners...
