OPINION BY HOFFMAN, J., September 16, 1965:

Frank J. Rozanski, appellee, filed a petition to obtain visitation rights with his illegitimate son, Bruce Gwiszcz. On October 19, 1964, Judge STOUT of the County Court of Philadelphia permitted such visits. From this order, the mother, Evelyn Gwiszcz, now appeals.
