McBRIDE, Judge.

The plaintiffs, the assured and the loss payees under a mortgage clause, sue for the proceeds under a fire policy issued in Mississippi by defendant-insurer covering property located near Pass Christian, that state. The defendant excepted to the service of process made on the Secretary of State and pleaded the court's lack of jurisdiction over the person of defendant and over the subject matter, and prayed for a summary judgment dismissing the suit...
