This is a possessory action instituted by plaintiff, L. B. Ponder, Sr., and converted by the answer and supplemental pleading of defendant, Willie S. Fussell, into a petitory action coupled with a reconventional demand for damages allegedly due on the ground the initial action is frivolous and constitutes legal harassment.
