This is a direct appeal from a conviction and sentence for robbery and aggravated assault. Defendant contends the trial court erred in admitting into evidence over objection incriminating articles and confessions allegedly obtained by unlawful means. The state's evidence disclosed that defendant voluntarily confessed when confronted with articles seized from an apartment which he shared under undisclosed circumstances with other persons who consented...
