This is an appeal from a circuit court order reversing an employment security commission appeal board decision which, itself, reversed a decision of a commission referee.

The issue was whether or not John Losada, claimant, was disqualified for unemployment benefits for allegedly failing without good cause to accept suitable work when offered him. Two days after layoff, Losada was offered a choice of two jobs, each somewhat different from his customary...
