This is an appeal from a judgment for damages based upon a wrongful levy of attachment and conversion of personal property. A prior attempted appeal was dismissed for want of jurisdiction by this court. (Curtis v. Carey, 378 S.W.2d 418) The case is now properly before us by writ of error.
