Per Curiam.

Respondent was admitted to practice in the Second Department in May, 1934. On February 4, 1963, he pleaded guilty in the Supreme Court, New York County, to a misdemeanor count of an indictment which charged him with the crimes of larceny in the second degree (Penal Law, § 1296) and two misdemeanor counts of misconduct by an attorney (Penal Law, § 273). He received a suspended sentence.
