The facts in this case disclose that Icle Victoria Stinson died on January 2, 1952, leaving as her sole heirs is husband, L.E. Stinson, and her daughter, Eugenia Sherman. Her Oklahoma estate consisted of real and personal property of the appraised value of $22,897.95, and a community property estate of approximately $57,000.00.
