The complaint herein seeks a declaratory judgment that the bargaining agreement between plaintiff (Company) and defendant (Union) does not require plaintiff to submit to arbitration grievances challenging the propriety of certain disciplinary action which plaintiff took with respect to two of its employees. A cross-claim seeks a judgment compelling the Company to arbitrate the grievances. The Court has jurisdiction under 29 U. S.C.A. § 185...
