Plaintiff filed this suit as a minority stockholder of the defendant, Ladco Wood Brick Mills, Ltd., in an effort to recover in behalf of said corporation the sum of $10,000 from V. E. Pinkham and V. V. Pinkham, president and vice-president, respectively, of said corporation. In October 1961 plaintiff had written a letter to other minority stockholders in which he stated that the Pinkhams had misappropriated the sum of $10,000 belonging to the corporation...
