The issue involved in this case is whether or not the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, appellee, will be allowed to place its 115,000 volt (115-kv) transmission line above ground on dodecahedral steel poles throughout its right-of-way from Summerfield to the East Towson substation in Baltimore County.
