OPINION BY WATKINS, J., April 15, 1965:

This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas No. 4 of Philadelphia County, dismissing an appeal from an award made by the Workmen's Compensation Board. The Referee awarded benefits: the Board affirmed. The court below, on appeal, remanded the case to the Workmen's Compensation Board to determine whether the claimant was an employee or an independent contractor.
