This is an original proceeding in prohibition in which the state attorney questions jurisdiction of the circuit court, in habeas corpus to reduce bail set by the criminal court of record before trial, on a felony offense.

An information was filed in Dade County against the respondents Mears and Kish, charging them with certain felonies (breaking and entering a dwelling with intent to commit a felony, and assault and robbery therein). The information...
