Relator's amended1 petition for the writ of habeas corpus alleges ineffective assistance of counsel and the "illegal procurement and use of the involuntary confession." A rule to show cause was issued and the District Attorney of Westmoreland County was directed to submit the records required by Rule 16(g) of this court. The District Attorney has complied and relator's state court records are now before me.
