Judgment reversed on the law, without costs, and complaint dismissed, without costs. The findings of fact implicit in the jury's verdict are affirmed.

The infant plaintiff (13 months old at the time of the accident) fell from the side of a stoop in front of defendants' premises. The stoop had no guardrails at its sides to prevent persons from falling therefrom. There was no other defect claimed. It is conceded that there was no violation of any statute or ordinance...
