OPINION BY JACOBS, J., September 16, 1965:

In this divorce action, plaintiff appeals from the decree of the lower court dismissing his complaint.

The action was brought by the husband in October, 1963, on the grounds of indignities to the person and desertion. He alleges that the desertion occurred on or about September 7, 1961.
