Haskell H. Hunt and wife appeal from a temporary injunction in favor of Merchandise Mart, Inc. restraining them from removing personal property from space rented by them from appellee under a written lease. The lease gave appellee a lien upon all of appellants' personal property situated in the leased premises, and further provided that said property shall not be removed therefrom without the prior written consent of appellee until all arrearages...
