On September 23, 1963, Woodrow Shann, Claimant, filed a claim before the State Industrial Court against the respondents herein, Lone Star Steel Company, employer, and its insurance carrier, Old Republic Insurance Company, alleging that on August 10, 1961, he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment.
