The National Labor Relations Board found Imco Container Company of Harrisonburg, Virginia, had engaged in practices declared unfair by the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.1 148 NLRB No. 32, August 14, 1964. Imco petitions to set aside, the Board to enforce, the cease and desist order entered on the finding. We hold with Imco.
