Plaintiff, Albert Johnson, filed this suit against his employer, Barworth, Inc., and its compensation insurance carrier, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, to recover the maximum compensation benefits for an alleged total and permanent disability, and in addition, he claims that he is entitled to be awarded 12 per cent penalties and all reasonable attorney's fees for the reason that the insurer of the employer was arbitrary, capricious and acted...
