PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by information with the crime of failure to have control of a motor vehicle on a curve in violation of section 321.288, Code, 1962. He appeared with counsel, pleaded not guilty, was tried, found guilty and fined $50 and in default of payment was ordered confined to jail for ten days, as authorized by Code section 321.482. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.
