PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in violation of section 321.281, Code, 1962. The information alleged five previous convictions for the same offense. Defendant appeared in person, pleaded guilty to the offense charged and was sentenced by Judge Hellwege to five years in the state penitentiary at Fort Madison.
