Appellant brought this action for recovery of damages to real property allegedly caused by respondent's blasting operations, and by his alleged diversion of the waters of Palouse River; also to compel respondent to clear the stream bed of the river, and to enjoin respondent from further blasting operations and further encroachment upon Palouse River in the vicinity of appellant's property.
