Defendant was indicted for the crime of receiving stolen property valued in excess of $20, in violation of section 712.1, Code, 1962. He appeared with his attorney, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding five years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison.
