In January 1963 Lloyd A. Cook, claimant-respondent herein, incurred a back injury caused by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by Roland T. Romrell Company, his employer, defendant-appellant herein. Cook was unable to return to work immediately thereafter and, because he was suffering from severe back pains, contacted a neurological surgeon, Dr. Bernson, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
