This is a suit by Ernest J. Linsenmeyer, plaintiff, against Glenford M. Flood and G.M. Flood Plumbing and Heating Company, Inc., an Arizona corporation, defendants, for the amount of $3,500 loaned to the defendants. The defendants answered and plead a discharge in bankruptcy. The lower court held for the defendants and the plaintiff brings this appeal.
