The defendant-appellant, Elijah Jackson, was convicted on each count of a six-count indictment charging violations respectively of Section 174, 21 U.S. C.A. and of Section 4705(a), 26 U.S.C.A. He was sentenced to ten years imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run concurrently. Jackson had previously pleaded guilty to a charge of violating 21 U.S.C.A. § 174.
