This appeal comes from a judgment entered on a jury verdict November 27, 1963, in the Superior Court of Cook County, Illinois. The plaintiff-appellee, John J. Gorman, Jr., had sued the defendants-appellants, St. Francis Hospital and Dr. Raymond Louis Del Fava for damages he allegedly sustained as a result of his being exposed to an overdose of X-rays at the hands of Dr. Del Fava.
