This is an appeal from the dismissal of an amended petition for writ of habeas corpus under the post-conviction habeas corpus Act, R.S.1954, c. 126, § 1-A — 1-G (now 14 M.R.S.A. §§ 5502-5508), entered on respondents' motion.
