This is a suit to quiet title to an irregular tract of land along the east side of the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 27, Township 20 North, Range 1 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Nebraska, containing, 4.756 acres. The tract is described in the petition by metes and bounds, and for the purposes of this opinion will be referred to as the tract of land.
