This is a suit by plaintiff Saturnino Lima Diaz against defendant Gulf Oil Corporation for maintenance and cure. Plaintiff originally brought a cause of action under the Jones Act and for unseaworthiness, but these claims were withdrawn at trial. By stipulation of the parties jury trail was waived.
