Mrs. Leona Michels brought this suit in Knox County against C. L. Norsworthy, Jr. Plaintiff alleged that she contracted and agreed with the defendant to execute an oil and gas lease to the defendant covering her undivided interest in a 215 acre tract of land in Knox County, and that the defendant agreed to pay $5,550.00 as a bonus therefor.
