Norsworthy, Jr. Plaintiff alleged that she contracted and agreed with the defendant to execute an oil and gas lease to the defendant covering her undivided interest in a 215 acre tract of land in Knox County, and that the defendant agreed to pay $5,550.00 as a bonus therefor.
