Five members of that church and a nonmember pastor have sued twelve of their brethren, including a trustee, a deacon, and a pastor, because they charge that the defendants are "adhering to a different faith than the Congregational Methodist Church" and are using the church property in violation of the eleventh edition of the constitution and government of that church.
