This is an action brought by William Serbenta, the appellee, for damages allegedly sustained by him as a result of a conspiracy to expel him from membership in Local Union 1206, United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO. Named in the complaint as defendants were various individuals as class representatives of the members of the International Union of the United Steelworkers of America, and Michael Ansich, Fred Hayes, Willie Carter, Henry Warmack, Kenneth Russell...
