This is a suit for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiffs were passengers in a car driven by the minor Jerry M. Ussery, which was slowing down to make a left turn off the highway, when it was struck from the rear by another vehicle driven by C. W. Pritchard. Named as defendants are Pritchard, Jerry M.
